How much does it cost?
It depends on what your business needs. We do a free 30 minute audit and then I give you a fixed price in writing, with no surprises.
Do I need to know about technology?
No. We leave it up and running and explain just what you need to know.
What happens if the agent doesn't know an answer?
It says so and lets you know. It doesn't make things up.
Does it work with my current WhatsApp?
We use Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. Normally the agent gets its own number, and your personal WhatsApp can stay exactly as it is. In the audit we look at the best option for your case.
What about my data and my customers' data?
We work with GDPR compliant providers and, wherever possible, with servers in the European Union. Your data and your customers' data are only used to make the system work: they are never sold or used for anything else.
Can I cancel the monthly fee?
Yes. The monthly maintenance plan has no lock-in: you can cancel whenever you like.
Do you only work on the Costa Blanca?
No. We work remotely with small businesses all over Spain. We're based in L'Albir (Alicante), and on the Costa Blanca (L'Alfàs del Pi, L'Albir, Benidorm, Altea, Calpe and Dénia) we can also meet in person.

Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices and fees are plus VAT.
What does the monthly fee include?
Hosting, maintenance and security updates, support, and small changes to text or photos. Bigger changes are quoted separately.
Who owns the website?
You do. The website and the domain are in your name.
